Lauracet was dating Ho Ho during the time SD&S was recorded and toured on. The two had a very destructive, tumultuous, and at times even abusive relationship on and off stage. One night during a song Laura was seen throwing an thick empty glass at the back of Ho Ho's head. She missed and struck then roadie Howard Melnick instead.
